New applicants will have to create an online account to complete the application. Previous recipients need to login and click on “Apply” on their dashboard. West Harlem Development Corporation has awarded $1 million in grants to 38 nonprofits that aim to increase economic opportunities and quality of life to sustain a vibrant West Harlem community.
