West Harlem Development Corporation will hold our Second Grant Award Ceremony and Public Meeting on October 10, 2013 at 5 p.m. at Our Children's Foundation, 527 W. 125th St. We will award 27 nonprofit organizations almost $1 million for programs that benefit the West Harlem/Community Board 9 area in education, arts and culture, community facilities, housing and workforce and economic development.
